Le Smoking BBQ offers you 100% homemade, local and daily fresh dishes. Everything is homemade right down to our breads and sauces. No industrial finished product will be offered to you from us. Our meats, coated in our blend of secret spices, cook between 8 and 10 hours at low temperature, in our huge smokers imported from Texas.
